Our Six Evaluation Categories

Strong comparison sites evaluate product quality, promotions, trust, payments, support and player experience rather than ranking entirely by bonus size. Our framework uses those market expectations while placing extra emphasis on documented eligibility and sweepstakes rules.

1. Trust and Transparency

We identify the operator, read the current terms and sweepstakes rules, record restricted jurisdictions, confirm the no-purchase entry route and look for privacy, support and responsible-play documentation. A polished homepage cannot compensate for missing rules or unclear ownership.

2. Coin and Promotional Value

We separate entertainment coins from promotional coins, note whether an offer is free or purchase-linked, record expiry and claim windows, and compare playthrough. Large Gold Coin figures are not scored like Sweeps Coins because Gold Coins generally have no prize value.

3. Redemption Experience

We record the minimum redemption, eligible prize types, qualifying-game restrictions, identity requirements, stated processing time and account-expiry rules. Hands-on timing claims should only be added after a real test request is completed lawfully.

4. Games and Usability

Game count is useful only when paired with variety, provider depth, mobile performance, navigation, search, accessibility and stability. Exclusive titles and progression systems can add value, but complexity can also reduce usability.

5. Support

We look for accessible help before login, clear contact routes, useful self-service documentation and realistic availability claims. Support quality should be re-tested periodically because response times change.

6. Responsible-Play Controls

We check whether a brand explains purchase, play or time limits; cooling-off and self-exclusion; account history; and support escalation. Responsible-play information should be easy to find, not buried in legal copy.

Rating Integrity Rules

  • No numerical rating is published without hands-on testing evidence.
  • Commercial relationships do not automatically determine rank.
  • Time-sensitive offers receive a checked date and live-term warning.
  • Social-only and hybrid products are labeled distinctly.
  • Material changes to eligibility, coin structure or redemption trigger a re-review.
  • Corrections should name what changed and when.

Review Schedule

Core brand pages should be checked monthly for offers and quarterly for full terms, with immediate checks after a major legal or product change. The homepage date should reflect the last meaningful review, not an automated timestamp.
